In accordance with the Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Affairs (ODR Regulation), we inform you about
the existence of the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform).
Consumers have the opportunity to submit complaints via the OS platform

However, it should be noted that we are neither willing nor obliged
are to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration
